The drive from Managua to Matagalpa Nicaragua

     The journey to find the ultimate coffee and much more that Matagalpa had to offer. Matagalpa is in the Northern Highlands of Nicaragua and well worth paying a visit to.  I made this journey back in February with a vehicle full of world travelers.  I experienced so many different things while in this area from the coffee, chocolate factory, beautiful churches, breath taking water falls and much more..

     I found the climate extremely pleasant and refreshing. A pair of shorts and a tee shirt worked well for the day hours and perhaps a light wind breaker for the evenings.
