So right in the town square of Matagalpa is a restaurant called Monkeys.......All five of us piled in here for some refreshing drinks and food. The prices are much like the prices back home in the USA...
Below is a picture of Nica style shrimp cocktail....its different from home but not bad tasting at all. Apparently its rather hard to find horseradish here or at-least it has been for me.
