Dinner at Hotel Brio was Magnificent.......

     Back in January we were in the Claro store when I met the new guy thats running things at Hotel Brio in Playa Gigante area of Nicaragua.  He told us that he planned to do alot of changes and assured us of great quality food and needless to say he delivered well over our expectations on the food. We got the fajitas for two and several drinks later adding up to about 33 dollars.
