My stay in Managua at Angel Azul Hotel

After leaving the Wayak Hotel in Managua we felt sure we could get everything accomplished that we needed to, but after dealing with Fed Ex we discovered that we needed to stay one additional night.  We went to several places and they were all booked up mostly from Semana Santa week or aka Holy Week.  We came across the Angel Azul Hotel.  Our stay was more than pleasant.  After checking in we discovered the owner spoke perfect English as he shared with us the fact that he lived in California for quite some time.  I was exhausted and did not want to venture back out for dinner that night so we chose to choose something from the hotel menu and we weren't disappointed at all.

The rooms are spacious, the pool and dining area are quite lovely. Wifi works well and the bathrooms are also a nice size including shampoo for your usage in travel size bottles.  As soon as we got into our room there was a knock on the door where there was a young lady serving fresh bottles of cold water and two glasses to pour them in.  The water was complimentary. The cost to stay here was around $60.00 a night. The free breakfast the next morning was delicious. Below will show some pictures of our stay at this hotel.
